CHEF AGUS HERMAWAN
Our collaboration with Ron Blaauw also means that we have the honor to learn from his Chef Agus Hermawan (RON Gastrobar Indonesia). Agus was born on Java and was taught the authentic Indonesian cuisine by his own mother. Other than his busy job at Ron, but also as the official ambassador of the Indonesian cuisine in The Netherlands, he now also has found the time to let Haarlem get to experience his fantastic Modern Indonesian Kitchen.
